I grew up in Orlando Florida the oldest of 3, with 2 younger sisters, and was raised by a single mother. My father left when I was young, and from an early age saw the impact my father leaving had on my family. I was always trying to help my mom, as a kid, it gave me great satisfaction to wash my Mom’s car to help her out. My passion for sales was really born from this. My neighbors started asking me if I could wash their car, and decided to start a mobile car detailing business, to help financially support my mom. By age 17, I was cash flowing 7K a month. I learned two important things from this experience: 1). I was good at sales. 2). it was important for me to do something that would have an impact as I felt amazing that I was able to have a positive impact on my family. I then set on a course to pursue a career in sales and now have a 12-year track record consistently exceeding quotas, goals and metrics to drive business outcomes and results. I met Christine and started using the Listening PathTM in my sales conversations. This had a profound impact on both my sales results and my personal relationships. I joined EQuipt to make an impact by bringing awareness to the power of listening differently.
